• Role & Company / Project Overview We are hiring an experienced Technical Trainer specializing as a Java Full Stack Trainer for US Staffing process operations. The interview process is conducted via Telephonic or Virtual mode. • Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties - Conduct technical training and mentoring sessions for candidates in Java Full Stack development. - Perform technical assessments and evaluations of candidates. - Demonstrate and apply a strong understanding of technical concepts and US hiring processes. - Maintain clear, professional communication across all training engagements. • Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience - Minimum 5 to 10 years of professional experience. - Core specialization and expertise as a Java Full Stack Trainer. - Proven experience mentoring candidates and conducting technical assessments. - Strong knowledge of the US hiring process. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details - Work Schedule: 5 Days working. - Shift: Night Shift. - Location: Kanpur, Uttar Pradesh. - Work Arrangement: Remote option is available for desirable candidates. • Compensation & Benefits - Salary: Up to ₹14 LPA (Lakhs Per Annum). • Application Instructions Interested candidates can drop their updated CV or connect with HR Shabana Parveen via phone or WhatsApp.
