• Role & Company / Project Overview: PSGC (Lao) Sole Company Limited is seeking a qualified, experienced, and motivated Processing Manager to join the team at the Coal Washing Plant as part of their continued growth for the O&M Project, XPPL Site. • Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: - Manage and oversee daily processing operations at the Coal Washing Plant. - Ensure operational efficiency, coal processing targets, plant safety, and standard operating procedures are strictly maintained. - Coordinate technical and processing activities across operational teams. • Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: - Qualified, experienced, and motivated professional with relevant experience in mineral/coal processing or plant management. - Proven operational and supervisory skills in a processing plant environment. • Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details: - Location: O&M Project, XPPL Site, Kaleum District, Sekong Province, Lao PDR. - On-site project role. • Compensation & Benefits: - Not specified. • Application Instructions: - Submit a Cover Letter, CV, copies of academic qualifications, and other relevant supporting documents directly to the Human Resources Department. - Application Deadline: Open until the position is filled.
