Role & Company / Project Overview: Win Win Food is hiring Operators to join our growing, dynamic team in the food manufacturing industry. Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: • Carry out day-to-day production line and machine operation duties in accordance with company standards. • Follow standard operating procedures and adhere strictly to quality, health, safety, and hygiene regulations. • Maintain smooth manufacturing operations, report any anomalies, and ensure target outputs are achieved. Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: • Gender: Open to Male and Female candidates. • Age: 18 to 45 years old. • Welcoming both experienced professionals and fresh talents or hungry go-getters ready to learn. Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details: • Location: Tampoi, Johor Bahru, Johor, Malaysia. • Working Days: Monday to Saturday (Isnin - Sabtu). • Working Shift: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM (8 pagi - 4.30 petang). • Shift Options: Day Shift and Night Shift available. Compensation & Benefits: • Basic Salary: RM 1,700 per month. • Day Shift Transport Allowance: RM 15 per day. • Night Shift Transport Allowance: RM 20 per day. • Stable working environment with supportive team and growth opportunities.
