Role & Company / Project Overview: Rectifier Technologies is a leader in power electronics design and manufacturing since 1992, operating facilities in Melbourne, Johor, and Singapore. The company produces power conversion infrastructure for EV charging, energy storage, V2G, and next-generation AI data centers. A Systems Engineer is required to join the Manufacturing & Engineering facility located in Johor, Malaysia. Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: • Define, integrate, and validate power electronics systems and power conversion equipment. • Collaborate between manufacturing, testing, and R&D engineering teams to ensure system-level performance, stability, and reliability. • Conduct systems analysis, requirement tracking, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis during production and validation. • Ensure adherence to industry standards and client technical specifications. Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: • Degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Systems Engineering, or related discipline. • Relevant engineering experience in systems engineering, power electronics, or manufacturing environments. • Practical thinking, strong technical troubleshooting abilities, and willingness to learn. • Effective cross-border teamwork and communication skills.
