### Role & Company / Project Overview We are hiring an experienced, techno-functional Java Architect with strong AWS expertise, hands-on wealth management and retirement services domain knowledge, and product management experience. The candidate should possess the ability to bridge business strategy with technical execution and lead major modernization initiatives. ### Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties - Design and develop scalable enterprise applications using Java, Spring Boot, and microservices. - Architect robust cloud solutions utilizing AWS Lambda, ECS/EKS, API Gateway, S3, SQS/SNS, and IAM. - Work with database technologies including DynamoDB and MongoDB, while handling AWS security, networking, and cost optimization. - Drive product strategy, technology roadmaps, feature prioritization, and technology transformation initiatives. - Translate business requirements into comprehensive customer journeys, system capabilities, epics, features, and functional requirements. - Act as a bridge between business and technology teams, collaborating closely with Product, Business, Operations, Architecture, and Engineering leadership. - Apply deep retirement domain knowledge across enrollment, contributions, investments, rollovers, distributions, beneficiary management, and recordkeeping. - Define KPIs, manage system dependencies, comply with regulatory requirements, and actively support modernization initiatives. - Leverage AI-driven solutions across the full product development lifecycle to enhance design, development, testing, and delivery. ### Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience - 12+ years of relevant industry experience in software engineering and enterprise architecture. - Strong background in Wealth Management / Financial Services. - In-depth domain expertise in Retirement Plans: 401(k), 403(b), Pensions, IRAs. - Strong, hands-on AWS Cloud experience. - Proven mastery in Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, and REST APIs. - Solid background in Product Management and Digital Transformation. - Techno-functional profile capable of translating business vision into engineering execution. - Note: Fabricated or fraudulent documents will not be considered. ### Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details - Location: Jersey City, NJ, USA. - Work Mode: Onsite. ### Compensation & Benefits - Compensation details not specified. ### Application Instructions Interested candidates are invited to share their updated resume along with current location, visa status, and summary of relevant experience to the designated recruitment email.
