Role & Company / Project Overview: Purplecop is hiring an experienced GRC Platform Engineer for an on-site, project-based opportunity located in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. The role sits within the Cybersecurity / GRC / Compliance department, focusing on Governance, Risk, and Compliance platform management, implementation, and regulatory alignment. Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: • Configure, troubleshoot, maintain, and optimize the enterprise GRC platform. • Support new module implementation, custom enhancements, dashboards, reports, and forms. • Manage workflow enhancements, role-based access control, automated notifications, and audit trails. • Support rigorous testing, deployment, and Go-Live activities. • Prepare weekly and monthly progress and service reports. • Provide end-user and administrator training and maintain detailed technical documentation. • Oversee risk registers, audit workflows, compliance tracking, evidence management, remediation tracking, platform health checks, system monitoring, and API integrations. Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: • Strong hands-on experience with CyberArrow or similar GRC platforms (e.g., RSA Archer, ServiceNow GRC/IRM, MetricStream, Brinqa). • In-depth understanding of NCA Controls and Saudi regulatory requirements. • Solid understanding of NDMO, NDI, and PDPL compliance standards. • Familiarity with ISO/IEC 27001:2022. • Proven expertise in GRC platform configuration, support, workflow configuration, automation, dashboarding, reporting, and API integrations.
