• Role & Company / Project Overview We are hiring a Technical Writer for our office in Jakarta (Indonesian nationals only). Fresh graduates are welcome to apply. The engagement is for an initial 12-month contract. • Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties - Produce comprehensive and clear technical documentation, API guides, user manuals, system architecture overviews, and operational standard operating procedures (SOPs). - Work closely with software engineers, business analysts, and product owners to capture software functionalities and technical specifications accurately. - Maintain and update repository documentation across project life cycles. • Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience - Indonesian nationals only. - Bachelor's degree in Technical Communication, Computer Science, English, Information Systems, or a related field. - Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; candidates with prior experience (up to 2 years) or familiarity with banking industry systems are also valued. - Banking industry experience is preferred. • Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details - Working arrangement: Onsite in Sudirman, Jakarta, Indonesia. - Contract duration: Initial 12-month contract. • Compensation & Benefits - Contractual terms. • Application Instructions - Send updated CV to the recruitment contact email with the subject format: Position – Name.
