• Role & Company / Project Overview We are hiring an IT Business Analyst to join our team in Jakarta (Indonesian nationals only). The position operates under an initial 12-month contract. • Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties - Bridge the gap between business stakeholders and technical development teams to translate functional business needs into detailed technical and system specifications. - Formulate process flow diagrams, functional documentation, user stories, and acceptance criteria. - Coordinate user acceptance testing (UAT) and support implementation of banking IT systems. • Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience - Indonesian nationals only. - Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, or related field. - Minimum 2 years of related professional business analysis experience. - Experience in the banking industry is preferred. • Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details - Working arrangement: Onsite in Sudirman, Jakarta, Indonesia. - Contract duration: First contract 12 months. • Compensation & Benefits - Contractual employment terms. • Application Instructions - Send your updated CV to the recruitment contact email with subject format: Position – Name.
