• Role & Company / Project Overview: Digiquad Solutions is seeking a senior AEM Sites Backend Lead for an onsite contractual assignment in Jakarta, Indonesia. This role demands high technical ownership, mentoring capabilities, and end-to-end solution design. • Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: - Lead the technical design, architecture, and implementation of AEM Sites backend solutions. - Conduct rigorous code reviews, establish engineering best practices, and mentor team members. - Manage client communications and handle technical consultations. - Develop complex OSGi bundles, Sling models, custom workflows, and RESTful integrations. - Drive performance optimization, troubleshooting, and Dispatcher configurations. • Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: - Minimum 8+ years of relevant experience in AEM Sites backend architecture and development. - Mastery of Java, OSGi, Apache Sling, Sling Models, Servlets, JCR, AEM Workflows, and Components. - Proven track record in solution design, code review, technical mentorship, and client-facing interactions. - Deep understanding of Dispatcher setups and performance tuning. - Valid passport and readiness to relocate quickly. • Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details: - Location: Jakarta, Indonesia (Strictly Onsite). - Contract Duration: 6 to 12 Months. - Target Travel Date: 13 November 2026. • Application Instructions: - Immediate requirement.
