### Role & Company / Project Overview We are looking for an experienced Microsoft Dynamics CRM Solution Architect to lead the technical architecture, design, implementation, and customization of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solutions within the consulting industry. The role will focus on enterprise integrations, Power Platform capabilities, technical governance, and delivering scalable solutions aligned with client requirements. ### Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties • Lead end-to-end architecture, technical design, and implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solutions. • Design complex integrations between Dynamics CRM and external enterprise systems, including ERP platforms, data lakes, and third-party APIs. • Guide development teams on technical best practices, custom workflows, and Power Platform integrations. • Conduct code reviews and ensure solution quality, scalability, security, and maintainability. • Develop solution blueprints, conduct gap analyses, and perform technical demonstrations for clients. • Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to translate requirements into effective architecture. • Oversee data modelling, system integration, and technical solution design. • Provide technical leadership throughout implementation and deployment activities. ### Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience • Minimum 7+ years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM / Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (D365 CE). • Strong expertise in D365 CE architecture, customization, and implementation. • Hands-on knowledge of Power Platform, including Power Apps and Power Automate. • Strong programming knowledge of C# / .NET. • Experience with Azure integration services and enterprise system integrations. • Strong understanding of data modelling and integration architecture. • Experience with technical design, solution blueprints, gap analysis, and code reviews. • Excellent client-facing communication, technical leadership, and stakeholder management skills. • Certification: Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Solution Architect Expert is preferred. ### Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details • Location: Jakarta, Indonesia (Onsite). • Employment Type: 12 Months Contract (Renewable). • Notice Period: Immediate or 2 weeks notice period. ### Compensation & Benefits • Standard consulting contract terms apply. ### Application Instructions Interested candidates should send their Resume via email or reach out through WhatsApp.
