Job description

Role & Company / Project Overview: We are hiring a Manage Engine Architect for our client in Jakarta to architect, design, and lead enterprise implementations of the ManageEngine IT management suite. Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: • Architect comprehensive enterprise solutions using ManageEngine products (e.g., ServiceDesk Plus, OpManager, ADAudit) • Lead high-level design, system architecture, integration models, and security governance • Guide implementation teams, define best architectural practices, and resolve complex architectural bottlenecks • Collaborate with client stakeholders to align ManageEngine architecture with IT enterprise objectives Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: • 4 to 7 years of specialized architecture and implementation experience with ManageEngine enterprise software • Strong architectural knowledge of ITSM, ITOM, Active Directory management, and network monitoring platforms • Demonstrated capability in enterprise technical design and stakeholder advisory Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details: • Location: Jakarta, Special Capital Region of Jakarta, Indonesia • Work mode: Onsite Application Instructions: • Apply by completing the Google Form or sending your resume to the application email with subject line 'Name_Position'.
