Role & Company / Project Overview HAND Indonesia is looking for an L2 Business Analyst to support business users, manage system incidents, and coordinate with technical teams to ensure smooth system operations, particularly in an e-commerce environment. Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties • Act as the primary point of contact for business users regarding system issues, incidents, and service requests. • Analyze reported issues based on business processes, impact, urgency, and potential root causes. • Support incident handling and coordinate with technical teams during system disruptions or outages. • Communicate incident status, progress, and resolutions clearly to business stakeholders. • Bridge communication between business users and technical teams to ensure effective issue resolution. • Maintain and update support documentation, SOPs, and knowledge base articles. Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent practical experience. • At least 1 year of relevant work experience. • Experience in the e-commerce industry. • Familiarity with incident, problem, and change management. • Strong understanding of business processes and system workflows. • Ability to analyze logs, data, and system behavior. • Basic understanding of Java, including syntax, data types, control structures, and object-oriented programming concepts. • Knowledge of SQL and database concepts is a plus. • Familiarity with HTML, Bootstrap, JavaScript, AJAX, and JSON is a plus. • Knowledge of microservices architecture and REST API development is an advantage. • Fluent in written and spoken English, with strong communication skills. • Detail-oriented and able to work effectively under pressure.
