Role & Company / Project Overview Growing Stars Consulting Pvt. Ltd. is hiring an Executive – Email & Digital Marketing for a high-impact, full-time opportunity based in Jaipur. Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties • Own and execute Email, SMS, and WhatsApp marketing campaigns. • Design, implement, and manage customer journeys, segmentation, and automated workflows. • Drive AI-powered personalization and conduct rigorous A/B testing. • Manage Klaviyo, Customer Data Platforms (CDP), and comprehensive campaign analytics. • Drive conversion rate optimization and accelerate revenue growth. Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience • 1 to 3 years of hands-on experience in email and digital marketing. • A data-driven marketer passionate about e-commerce, AI, customer engagement, and emerging MarTech. • Proficiency in Klaviyo, CDPs, and digital campaign analytics. • IIM / IIT graduates are preferred. Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details • Location: Jaipur, Rajasthan, India. • Work Arrangement: Full-Time, Work From Office.
