Role & Company / Project Overview: A2B Software LLC builds AI-powered and SaaS products for modern businesses. The company is in a phase of rapid growth and building a specialized marketing team to take products to new markets. This role invites an AI & SaaS Growth Marketer / Marketing Specialist to join early, own meaningful work, and grow with the organization. Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: • Design and optimize automated lead nurturing funnels using n8n and AI tools • Plan and run inbound and outbound campaigns for B2B SaaS buyers • Create technical content, case studies, and visual maps of automation workflows • Collaborate with product and design teams (Figma, etc.) to produce high-impact marketing assets • Track and report KPIs such as MQLs, CAC, and conversion rate Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: • 1-3 years of experience in SaaS or AI product marketing • Hands-on experience or deep familiarity with n8n and AI integration tools (OpenAI APIs, webhooks, etc.) • Strong understanding of B2B SaaS funnels and lead generation • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly • Good to Have: - Experience with HubSpot, Zapier, Make, Apollo, or Lemlist - Familiarity with Figma - A portfolio of workflows, campaigns, or case studies Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details: • Type: Full-time • Location: C-Scheme, Jaipur, Rajasthan, India Compensation & Benefits: • Competitive compensation as per industry standards • High-growth environment with real ownership • Hands-on exposure to cutting-edge AI and automation • Clear career growth as the company scales Application Instructions: • Submit resume and portfolio to the hiring team via email.
