Role & Company / Project Overview: Stellar Communications is looking for an experienced and dedicated Head of Department (HOD) - Human Resources to join the team at their I-8 Branch in Islamabad. Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: • Direct and lead departmental HR operations, overseeing end-to-end HR practices. • Lead, mentor, and manage the team to meet operational goals and maintain high performance. • Maintain effective communication across departments and implement robust organizational HR policies. Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: • Minimum 4–5 years of relevant professional HR experience. • Prior experience in the BPO industry is strictly required. • Deep knowledge of standard HR practices, systems, and operations. • Excellent team leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills. • Flexibility and commitment to work designated night shifts. Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details: • Shift Timings: 6:00 PM – 3:00 AM (Night Shift). • Location: Laraib Centre, 1st Floor, I-8 Markaz, Islamabad, Pakistan. Compensation & Benefits: • Basic Salary: Up to PKR 200,000 per month.
