Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: • Handle customer queries professionally and efficiently. • Respond to calls, messages, and customer requests promptly. • Provide accurate information regarding products and services. • Maintain positive relationships with customers. • Resolve customer concerns and escalate issues when required. • Follow up with customers and ensure overall satisfaction. • Maintain proper records and update customer information accurately. • Coordinate with relevant departments when needed.
