• Role & Company / Project Overview PT Fabila Teknik Sejahtera is seeking a strategic leader to serve as the Principal of Diving School. In this role, the candidate will lead an international-standard training center and drive business expansion across the commercial diving and oil & gas sectors. • Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties - Spearhead global partnerships and commercial expansion. - Shape and oversee world-class diving and marine training curricula. - Lead cross-functional projects that bridge the marine industry and elite training operations. - Manage global teams and direct international-standard diving school operations. - Handle client management, tendering, and commercial negotiations. • Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience - Gender: Male / Female. - Education: Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Management, Economics, Industrial Engineering, or a relevant discipline. - Experience: Minimum 3–5 years of strategic experience in commercial business development, project management, or tendering within the oil and gas, marine, or diving industry. - Demonstrated track record of leading international-standard diving schools or training centers, managing global teams, and executing cross-border projects. - Deep expertise in strategic partnerships, curriculum development, client management, and commercial negotiations. - Language: Exceptional command of written and verbal English to navigate international networks effortlessly. - Established professional connections within the global commercial/international diving industry are a distinct advantage. - Availability: Able to join immediately. • Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details - Location: Indonesia. • Compensation & Benefits - Not specified. • Application Instructions Submit updated CV via email with the subject line format: [Your Name] – Principal of Diving School.
