Role & Company / Project Overview: Techo Staffing is building its talent pool of Farsi (Persian)-speaking Software Developers to support upcoming part-time and project-based system upgrade and development engagements across Asia, primarily focused on Indonesia, Malaysia, Thailand, Vietnam, and surrounding countries. Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: • Design, develop, test, and implement software applications and enterprise system upgrades • Maintain clean, maintainable codebases and troubleshoot software architectural issues • Modernize legacy systems and execute system integration tasks • Collaborate across distributed engineering teams using both English and Farsi for technical discussions Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: • Fluency in both Farsi (Persian) and English is a mandatory prerequisite • Substantial professional experience in software development and enterprise system upgrades • Currently residing in Asia (preferably Southeast Asia: Indonesia, Malaysia, Thailand, Vietnam) • Proactive, technically versatile, and results-oriented • Availability to travel internationally when project requirements require on-site deployment Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details: • Flexible part-time or project-based contract work • Regional engagement covering Asia (Indonesia, Malaysia, Thailand, Vietnam, etc.) Compensation & Benefits: • Project-based competitive compensation Application Instructions: • Apply by emailing your CV with details on your residence country, preferred role, and language fluency to the recruitment address.
