Role & Company / Project Overview: Vantage Indonesia is hiring an Operation Associate to oversee client account onboarding, transaction verification, and ongoing operational processing. Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: • Process new account applications, account changes, and client requests, including personal information, settings, leverage, and account types. • Verify customer data, transactions, and supporting documents in compliance with KYC/AML requirements and internal procedures. • Process and monitor client deposits and withdrawals across available payment channels. • Investigate failed, pending, rejected, or delayed account and payment transactions. • Identify discrepancies, unusual activities, and potential risks, escalating issues to relevant teams. • Coordinate with Payment, Finance, Compliance, and other teams to resolve operational issues. • Ensure accurate and timely account maintenance, transaction processing, recordkeeping, and reporting. Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: • Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's Degree (S1) in any major. • Experience in operations, payments, finance, banking, or financial services is preferred. • Basic understanding of KYC/AML and transaction verification is an advantage. • Detail-oriented, organized, analytical, and skilled in problem-solving. • Able to work independently and collaborate across teams. • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel. • Good communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English; Mandarin proficiency is an advantage.
