• Role & Company / Project Overview: Aviate Manpower is hiring an Instructional Designer for a remote position. Candidates must reside in India. • Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: - Design comprehensive learning experiences tailored specifically for adult learners. - Build and manage educational and training content on Learning Management Systems (LMS). - Utilize Instructional Design models including ADDIE and SAM to structure learning materials and achieve instructional impact. • Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: - 5–6+ years of strong hands-on experience in Instructional Design. - Strong knowledge and application of Adult Learning Principles. - Proven hands-on experience managing content on an LMS. - Demonstrated proficiency in Articulate Storyline. - Solid working knowledge of ADDIE & SAM Models. - Excellent English communication skills (strictly non-negotiable). • Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details: - Work Mode: 100% Remote / Work from anywhere in India. - Must reside in India. • Compensation & Benefits: - Salary: Up to ₹9 LPA (Lakhs Per Annum). • Application Instructions: - Submit your CV or connect via WhatsApp for consideration.
