Role & Company / Project Overview: Upskillway is urgently hiring an experienced Corporate Trainer to conduct a 6-hour online HR webinar on Performance Management & Appraisal Systems. Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: • Conduct a 6-hour comprehensive HR webinar covering: - Performance-appraisal cycles and methods - Designing and cascading KPIs and KRAs - Goal setting using SMART objectives - Rating scales and calibration - Bias in appraisals - Conducting appraisal conversations - Performance-improvement plans (PIPs) - Measurable outcomes and participant feedback from such programmes • Drive interactive facilitation and ensure high participant engagement throughout the session Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: • 20+ years of industry experience in HR / Performance Management • Prior experience delivering corporate training sessions or professional webinars • Strong facilitation and engagement skills Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details: • Duration: 6 hours total • Mode: Online webinar (Remote / Work from Home) • Requirement: Immediate start Application Instructions: Interested candidates or those wishing to refer an experienced trainer are requested to apply via the provided contact channels.
