Job description
• Role & Company / Project Overview Seeking an Oracle ARCS Consultant with strong hands-on technical experience in Oracle Account Reconciliation Cloud Service (ARCS). The role involves configuration, data integration, Transaction Matching, Reconciliation Compliance, and end-to-end implementation. Preference is given to Technical Consultants or Techno-Functional Consultants with strong implementation and integration experience. Candidates focused mainly on functional support or SME activities are not preferred. • Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties - Configure and manage Oracle ARCS for account reconciliation processes. - Set up periods, organizational units, formats, profiles, reconciliations, and custom attributes. - Configure Transaction Matching, matching rules, and automated matching processes. - Load and validate General Ledger (GL), sub-ledger, and intercompany data. - Work on Data Management, data integration, and EPM Automate. - Handle API integrations and data loading activities. - Configure reconciliation workflows and aging based on business requirements. - Support GL, sub-ledger, and intercompany adjustments. - Develop reports using RTF templates and SQL scripting. - Participate in end-to-end ARCS implementation, configuration, testing, and deployment. • Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience - 3–7 years of relevant experience in a strong technical or techno-functional ARCS background. - Strong hands-on experience with Oracle ARCS / Account Reconciliation Compliance / Transaction Matching. - Knowledge of the account reconciliation process. - Experience in complete project lifecycle and end-to-end implementation. - Hands-on ARCS configuration and implementation experience. - Experience in data integration and loading GL/sub-ledger data. - Knowledge of Transaction Matching and auto-match rules. - Experience with EPM Automate, API integrations, and Data Management is preferred. - Basic knowledge of SQL scripting and RTF report templates. - Immediate joiners are preferred. • Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details - Location: Remote (India) - Joining: Immediate • Compensation & Benefits - Not specified • Application Instructions - Eligible candidates can apply by submitting their resume via the provided HR contact details.
