Job description
• Role & Company / Project Overview We are looking for experienced Oracle GRC professionals to join our team for an opportunity involving application support, access governance, risk management, and security controls. Be a part of a team that protects enterprise value through strong governance, risk management, and compliance across Oracle applications. • Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties - Provide L2/L3 production support for Oracle GRC applications and related security processes. - Manage and monitor incidents, service requests, and application issues within agreed defined SLAs. - Support Oracle GRC solutions and modules, including Advanced Access Controls (AAC), Transaction Controls Governor (TCG), Preventive Controls Advisor (PCA), Risk Management Cloud, and Access Certification. - Conduct user access reviews, role analysis, Segregation of Duties (SoD) conflict assessments, and mitigation management. - Manage user provisioning, deprovisioning, security roles, privileges, duty roles, and access governance processes within Oracle Fusion. - Perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and implement corrective and preventive actions for recurring issues. - Coordinate with Oracle Support for Service Request (SR) management and product-related issues. - Support quarterly patch testing, validation, release management, and change management activities. - Prepare and maintain SOPs, operational documentation, knowledge articles, and support runbooks. - Support internal and external audits, SOX compliance, and regulatory requirements. - Identify opportunities to enhance control effectiveness, process automation, and control optimization. • Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience - 6+ years of relevant experience in Oracle GRC and related domains. - Mandatory Technical Requirement: Strong experience in Oracle EBS – Finance. - Hands-on expertise across key modules: Advanced Access Controls (AAC), Transaction Controls Governor (TCG), Preventive Controls Advisor (PCA), Risk Management Cloud, and Access Certification. - Experience in access governance, SoD mitigation, and Oracle Fusion security administration. • Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details - Location: Pan India • Application Instructions - Interested candidates with relevant experience are encouraged to share their updated resumes or connect via direct message for further details.
