Role & Company / Project Overview: We are seeking an experienced Senior / Lead Tauri Rust Developer to design, develop, and maintain secure, high-performance, and lightweight cross-platform desktop applications. A Tauri Rust Developer is responsible for building secure, lightweight, and high-performance cross-platform desktop applications. Because Tauri bridges systems-level backend engineering with modern web frontends, this role requires a professional who is comfortable working across the native/web boundary. Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: • Design, develop, and maintain secure, high-performance, and lightweight cross-platform desktop applications. • Build out robust backend systems in Rust and link them seamlessly to modern frontends via Tauri. • Optimize local performance and ensure stability across desktop platforms. • Work effectively across the native/web boundary. Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: • 8+ years of experience in Software Engineering. • 2+ years of hands-on experience in Rust. • Deep expertise in systems programming. • Solid grasp of web technologies, specifically TypeScript and React. • Proven experience shipping production-ready desktop applications.
