• Role & Company / Project Overview LTM is actively hiring experienced ServiceNow professionals passionate about delivering innovative ServiceNow solutions and driving AI-led transformation initiatives. • Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties - Deliver innovative ServiceNow platform solutions across enterprise modules. - Drive AI-led transformation initiatives incorporating Now Assist and Generative AI. - Architect, implement, and maintain custom applications and IT management workflows. • Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience - Overall Experience: 6-12 Years. - Mandatory Experience: Minimum of 5+ years of relevant ServiceNow experience (profiles with less experience will not be considered). - Expertise in one or more open skill areas: - Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM) - Customer Service Management (CSM) - Agentic Artificial Intelligence - Now Assist - Generative AI (Gen AI) - IT Operations Management (ITOM) - ITOM Operations - CMDB - IT Asset Management (ITAM) - UI Builder - Custom Applications Development • Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details - Location: Pan India • Compensation & Benefits - Not specified • Application Instructions - Interested candidates should apply by submitting an updated resume.
