Role & Company / Project Overview: Startsmartz Technologies is looking for an experienced and passionate Senior Full Stack Developer & Team Lead to join our growing technology team and help us build the future through technology. Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: • Lead and mentor the software engineering team. • Read, review, and maintain high-quality source code. • Oversee and participate in all phases of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC). • Handle client communications and project requirements effectively. Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: • 4–6 years of experience in the IT / Software industry. • 2–3 years of experience in a senior or leadership role. • Strong understanding of software development and SDLC. • Proven ability to read, review, and maintain high-quality source code. • Excellent communication and client-handling skills. • Experience with Agile / Scrum methodologies is a plus.
