Role & Company / Project Overview: We are hiring an experienced SAP OpenText VIM professional looking for their next career opportunity. We are seeking skilled SAP VIM Consultants with strong implementation experience to join our team and contribute to business transformation projects across India. Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: • Conduct Business Blueprint design workshops to understand client business processes and gather requirements. • Perform functional gap analysis and recommend SAP VIM enhancements or customizations. • Configure OpenText VIM components, including ICC/BCC/IES, Barcoding, and OpenText Archive Server. • Integrate VIM with SAP AP, AR, GL, and external applications such as SAP Ariba. • Design and implement invoice approval workflows based on business rules and approval matrices. • Configure process type determination, exception handling, and workflow scenarios. • Handle complex VIM enhancements and develop functional specifications. • Configure standard VIM reports and support custom reporting requirements. • Work with Fiori Apps for invoice coding and approvals. • Support testing, end-user training, go-live, upgrades, and post-go-live activities. Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or MBA Finance. • 3 to 7 Years of experience in SAP VIM. • 2+ End-to-End SAP VIM Implementation Cycles using VIM 7.5 or VIM 20.4 and above. • Mandatory experience in upgrade projects and post-upgrade activities. • Strong hands-on experience in OpenText Vendor Invoice Management (VIM). • Expertise in VIM configuration, invoice workflows, process type determination, and exception handling. • Experience conducting client workshops independently and preparing workshop materials and Minutes of Meetings (MoMs). • Strong knowledge of SAP Accounts Payable (AP), EDI, and integration with SAP modules and external systems. • Experience in requirements gathering, system configuration, testing, and functional documentation. • Excellent communication, analytical, troubleshooting, and stakeholder management skills. • Experience with Agile/Scrum methodology is an added advantage. • Preferred: SAP VIM or OpenText certifications and hands-on experience with Fiori Apps.
