Role & Company / Project Overview Data Tech Genius is hiring an OpenText VIM & IC4S (OCR) Functional Analyst on a contract basis. The role operates within the SAP Accounts Payable & Procurement domain (1 open position). Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties • Perform functional analysis, requirement gathering, and comprehensive documentation for SAP Accounts Payable and Procure-to-Pay (P2P) systems • Configure and manage OpenText Vendor Invoice Management (VIM) processes • Implement and support IC4S (OCR) / Invoice Capture functionalities • Oversee vendor invoice processing, automation, PO-based, and Non-PO invoice processing • Manage OCR data extraction, invoice validation, and verification • Handle invoice approval workflows, routing, exceptions, holds, and rejections • Coordinate integration between OCR / Document Capture, OpenText VIM, and SAP • Conduct functional testing, UAT, defect analysis, and troubleshooting • Collaborate closely with Finance/AP business users and technical development teams • Facilitate clear communication and stakeholder management across project cycles Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience • 5+ years of relevant functional analysis / consulting experience • Hands-on experience with OpenText Vendor Invoice Management (VIM) • Hands-on experience with IC4S (OCR) / Invoice Capture • Strong understanding of SAP Accounts Payable (AP) and Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes • Experience with vendor invoice processing and invoice automation • Knowledge of PO-based and Non-PO invoice processing • Understanding of OCR data extraction, invoice validation, and verification • Experience with invoice approval workflows, routing, exceptions, holds, and rejections • Understanding of integration between OCR / Document Capture, OpenText VIM, and SAP • Strong requirement gathering, functional analysis, and documentation skills • Experience with functional testing, UAT, defect analysis, and troubleshooting • Ability to collaborate with Finance/AP business users and technical teams • Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details • Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM IST • Location: Remote • Employment Type: Contract Compensation & Benefits • Contractual engagement terms based on industry standards Application Instructions • Interested candidates can share their updated CV via email.
