• Role & Company / Project Overview: We are hiring a Senior Full-Stack Developer / Technical Expert (4–5+ Years experience) to independently manage, enhance, and maintain an existing in-house CRM platform. The ideal candidate is a hands-on technical expert who can independently own the full technology stack, work with an existing production codebase, make architectural improvements, and manage end-to-end technical delivery with minimal supervision across backend, frontend, databases, AWS, and DevOps. • Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: - Take ownership of the existing CRM platform and its technical development. - Develop backend APIs and services using PHP and the Fat-Free Framework. - Build responsive frontend applications using React 18 and TypeScript. - Manage application state and asynchronous workflows using Redux-Saga. - Work with MySQL/mysqli, database optimization, and complex SQL queries. - Manage AWS infrastructure, deployments, monitoring, and production support. - Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes. - Troubleshoot production issues across application, database, and infrastructure layers. - Collaborate with business stakeholders to deliver scalable and secure solutions. • Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: - Experience: 4–5+ Years. - Mandatory Technical Skills: - PHP and Fat-Free Framework (F3) - Direct mysqli-based MySQL development - React 18 and TypeScript - Redux and Redux-Saga - RESTful APIs and third-party integrations - MySQL database design, indexing, and performance tuning - AWS: EC2, Apache, RDS/MySQL, S3, and IAM - DevOps, Git, Linux, and CI/CD pipelines - Production troubleshooting and application deployment - Good to Have: - Docker, ECS, EKS, and Kubernetes - AWS ECR and Infrastructure as Code - CRM platform experience - Financial services, lending, Open Banking, or payment APIs - Microservices and event-driven architecture - Legacy application modernization • Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details: - Location: Not specified in JD. - Working Model: Independent / Hands-on. • Compensation & Benefits: - Budget: Up to ₹20 LPA. • Application Instructions: - Send updated resume with the following details: 1.
