• Role & Company / Project Overview: Ekloud, Inc. is hiring an experienced Technical Lead – Oracle Fusion. This role offers an enterprise transformation opportunity to lead innovative Oracle Cloud solutions, with global exposure including international travel to South Africa. • Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: - Lead the design, development, and support of enterprise-wide Oracle Fusion solutions - Work extensively across Oracle Fusion Financials & HCM - Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions - Collaborate closely with business, functional, and technical teams - Lead and mentor development teams to deliver high-quality solutions - Drive Oracle Cloud implementations and digital transformation initiatives - Design and manage integrations using Oracle Fusion & .NET technologies • Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: - 6 to 15 years of relevant professional experience - Strong hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud - Deep expertise in Oracle Financials and/or HCM - Strong knowledge of integration methodologies and technologies - Experience working with .NET technologies - Proven track record leading Oracle Cloud implementations and transformation programs - Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills - Demonstrated ability to lead technical teams and deliver enterprise-scale solutions • Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details: - Location: India - International Travel: 3 months onsite travel to South Africa is mandatory/required to collaborate closely with global teams • Application Instructions: Interested candidates should submit their updated CV to explore this career opportunity.
