### Role & Company / Project Overview We are hiring for the leadership role of Senior Manager – Enterprise Digital – Oracle Fusion ERP. This position focuses on driving enterprise digital transformation, Oracle Fusion Financials initiatives, Record-to-Report (R2R) frameworks, and end-to-end ERP implementation projects. ### Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties • Lead and manage solution design, hands-on configuration, implementation, support, and continuous enhancement of Oracle Fusion Financials systems. • Oversee Record-to-Report (R2R) business processes, period close management, and corporate financial consolidation. • Manage financial reporting, BI Publisher, OTBI reporting environments, and complex Oracle Cloud integration architectures. • Drive the adoption of Oracle Fusion Cloud AI capabilities and intelligent automation across enterprise finance processes. • Provide strong client-facing leadership, stakeholder management, and direct project/team leadership throughout all delivery phases. ### Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience • Total Experience: 10–12 Years overall professional experience. • Relevant Experience: 5+ years of dedicated experience in Oracle Fusion ERP. • Project Track Record: Minimum of 2–3 end-to-end Oracle Fusion Finance lifecycle implementations. • Functional Expertise: Deep functional proficiency across Oracle Fusion Financials modules including General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Cash Management, Fixed Assets, and Expenses. • Technical & Reporting Tools: Solid hands-on experience with OTBI, BI Publisher, financial reporting tools, and Oracle Cloud integrations. • Emerging Tech Exposure: Working exposure to Oracle Fusion Cloud AI capabilities and intelligent automation. • Preferred Qualifications: Oracle Fusion Financials Certification; proven experience migrating systems from Oracle EBS to Fusion Cloud. • Core Competencies: Outstanding stakeholder management, client engagement, and team guidance skills. ### Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details • Working arrangement: Full-time professional role (location details not specified in source posting). ### Application Instructions Interested candidates who match the profile criteria or individuals seeking to submit referrals can submit an updated CV directly via the provided recruitment contact channel.
