Role & Company / Project Overview: Kaira Advisory is seeking leadership talent for client requirements, specifically hiring for Project Manager, Practice Leader for SCM, and Practice Leader for Finance and PPM within Oracle Fusion practices. Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: • Lead delivery teams, project schedules, and customer relationships for Oracle Fusion engagements. • Direct and grow domain practices as Practice Leader for SCM or Practice Leader for Finance and PPM. • Oversee engagement quality, solution governance, methodology, and team performance. Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: • Proven track record in project management or practice leadership in Oracle Cloud / Fusion ecosystems. • Strong background managing enterprise implementations in Finance, PPM, or SCM. • Outstanding leadership, stakeholder management, and program governance capabilities. Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details: • Project and client-specific schedule to be communicated during candidate discussions.
