### Role & Company / Project Overview Concept to Code is hiring an immediate joiner for the role of Full Stack Developer / Backend Developer. The developer will work on production systems, automations, and modern AI integrations, taking complete ownership of projects from initial code to live deployment. ### Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties • Use AI coding tools daily to build, optimize, and maintain systems • Learn and manage how production systems and backend automations operate • Own features and deliverables end-to-end, from the first line of code to the live production release • Read and navigate existing codebases and documentation, asking insightful questions to solve problems ### Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience • Experience Level: Freshers to 3 years of experience • Core programming proficiency in Python or JavaScript • Solid understanding of APIs and database fundamentals • Ability to comprehend existing codebases and documentation effectively • Nice to have: React • Nice to have: Automation tools (n8n, Zapier, or similar) • Nice to have: Cloud services (AWS) • Nice to have: AI APIs (such as Claude or OpenAI) ### Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details • Location: 100% Remote • Joining Timeline: Immediate joiners only ### Compensation & Benefits • Complete project guide and setup guide provided • Comprehensive training provided from day one • Compensation based on expected salary ### Application Instructions Apply via email by submitting your resume along with one project you are proud of.
