• Role & Company / Project Overview An early-stage US-based startup is hiring a motivated Contractor / Freelance Full-Stack Developer for a fast-paced 2-month contract, with the potential for a longer-term role. In this position, you will work directly with the startup founder and managing staff to rapidly build and ship 5 to 6 small projects/MVPs back-to-back. This is an exceptional opportunity to experience firsthand how a startup builds products from the ground up. • Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties - Collaborate directly with the startup founder and management team to deliver 5 to 6 MVPs and small projects sequentially. - Handle full-stack application and web development tasks across the development lifecycle. - Move quickly in a fast-paced startup environment and adapt to evolving technical and business requirements. • Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience - Open to fresh graduates and interns (Grad/Interns welcome). - Solid fundamentals in full-stack web and app development. - High motivation, strong drive, adaptability, and close alignment with business goals (years of experience matter less than mindset and execution speed). • Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details - Working hours: Average of 40 hours per week. - Duration: 2-month contract (with potential extension). - Work arrangement: Fully Remote (based in India). • Compensation & Benefits - Compensation: $300 - $400 USD per month (~₹25,000 - ₹33,500 INR/month). - Potential transition into a longer-term role based on performance. • Application Instructions - Interested candidates should submit their resume/CV through direct message or via email to the contact provided in the application details.
