Role & Company / Project Overview LanceSoft is seeking skilled professionals with hands-on experience in Kong Gateway Administration, API Management, and AI/LLM Gateway solutions for the role of Kong Administrator / AI Gateway Engineer. Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties • Configure and manage Kong Gateway environments • Develop secure AI/LLM proxies and integrate multiple LLM providers • Implement API security, routing, throttling, and governance policies • Monitor gateway performance, AI usage, and token consumption • Deploy and manage Kong in Kubernetes environments • Automate deployments and optimize platform reliability Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience • Total Experience: 3–10 Years • Preferred Experience: 3–5 years of hands-on Kong Gateway Administration experience, along with API management, middleware, or platform engineering expertise • Kong Gateway (OSS/Enterprise) & Kong Konnect • Kong AI Gateway Configuration and Administration • API Lifecycle Management, REST APIs & GraphQL • OpenAI / Azure OpenAI Integration • OAuth2, JWT, OIDC & API Security • Kubernetes, Docker & Helm • CI/CD: Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or Azure DevOps • Monitoring: Prometheus, Grafana, ELK/Splunk • Cloud Platforms: AWS, Azure, or GCP • LLM Routing, Rate Limiting, Token Usage Monitoring & Cost Optimization • AI Guardrails, Prompt Security, RAG, Vector Databases & MCP concepts Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details • Professional engineering role (specific location not specified) Compensation & Benefits • Standard industry compensation based on experience (not disclosed) Application Instructions • Interested candidates please share updated resume via email
