Role & Company / Project Overview: The Algo Girl Agency is hiring passionate Short-Form Content Strategists & Scriptwriters to build high-growth personal brands and content IPs for founders, realtors, doctors, business owners, and industry experts. The role focuses on organic growth, viral audience psychology, and data-driven insights to achieve Virality with Authority across full-spectrum content lifecycles. Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: • Develop comprehensive short-form content strategy and write high-converting scripts. • Break down viral Reels and short-form video performance using audience psychology and behavioral insights. • Manage and contribute across the end-to-end content pipeline: strategy, scripting, editing, creative direction, shoots, and distribution. • Treat analytics and audience insights as the foundation for every content decision. • Collaborate on brand positioning to establish authority and drive organic reach. • Oversee and drive overall organic content growth across platforms. Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: • 8 months to 2 years of relevant experience in content strategy, scriptwriting, or social media growth. • Genuine obsession with content creation and deep understanding of short-form formats (Reels, Shorts, TikTok). • Strong grasp of audience psychology, hooks, pacing, and retention drivers. • Versatility and dedication to managing overall content growth end-to-end. • Growth mindset focused on mastering content craft and creative execution, not just completing tasks. • Proven ability to analyze trends, algorithmic shifts, insights, and content metrics.
