• Role & Company / Project Overview: Venture Staff Solutions is actively hiring a Senior Business Development Associate (ROW Market) on behalf of our client in the EdTech / Education domain. This full-time remote role offers global exposure driving business growth across the Rest of the World (ROW) territory. • Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: - Drive business development strategies and revenue growth across designated Rest of the World (ROW) markets. - Identify, prospect, and engage prospective students, parents, and educational clients internationally. - Pitch EdTech products and educational offerings effectively through consultative sales approaches. - Manage the entire sales pipeline from lead qualification to closing deals. - Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue and enrollment targets. • Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: - Strong sales acumen with experience in driving growth in global / international markets. - Excellent English verbal and written communication skills. - Background or strong interest in EdTech / Education sales. - Proven capability to manage leads, build rapport, and handle objections remotely. • Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details: - Work setup: Remote (Work from anywhere / Fully remote setup). - Employment type: Full-time. • Compensation & Benefits: - Annual Fixed CTC: INR 4,20,000 to INR 5,51,640. - Attractive performance-driven incentives with high earning potential. • Application Instructions: - Send updated resume with the subject line 'Application for Senior BDA - ROW Market' to the recruitment email.
