• Role & Company / Project Overview We are hiring an experienced SAP BASIS Consultant – EDS with strong technical expertise, advanced troubleshooting capabilities, and customer-facing engagement experience. • Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties - Handle technical administration and troubleshooting of SAP applications. - Act as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for technical and customer-facing activities. - Manage complex incidents and provide timely resolutions. - Support system copies, migrations, upgrades, and SSL implementations. - Ensure effective customer communication and seamless service delivery. • Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience - Experience: 6+ Years of relevant experience - Technical Support Level: Advanced / L3 - Customer Engagement: Mandatory - Mandatory Skills: - SAP BASIS Administration & Architecture - SAP S/4HANA & SAP HANA - ABAP and JAVA System Administration - SAP Convergent Charging - SAP Web Dispatcher & SAP Cloud Connector - BOBJ/BI, BODS & Lumira - Strong Troubleshooting & L3 Support - SPOC Responsibilities & Client Handling - Good to Have Skills: - Pacemaker Cluster Administration - SAP Fiori, SAP BW & SAP SCM - Celonis & SAP Mobile Platform - System Copy & Post-Migration Activities - SSL Implementation for Web Dispatcher, BO, ABAP & JAVA Systems - HANA XSA & Content Server Upgrade - OpenText / SAP Content Server • Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details - Employment Type: Full-time - Location: Not specified • Compensation & Benefits - Not specified • Application Instructions Interested candidates can share their updated CV via email.
