Role & Company / Project Overview: Coding Limits is seeking a skilled Blue Yonder (BY) WMS Techno-Functional Support Analyst for enterprise SaaS Production Support. The analyst will provide dedicated L2/L3 production support, resolve technical and functional issues, troubleshoot interfaces, and perform root-cause analysis on live environments. Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: • Deliver L2/L3 production support for Blue Yonder WMS applications running in a SaaS ecosystem • Perform advanced incident triage, troubleshooting, and detailed Root Cause Analysis (RCA) • Investigate application, configuration, performance, database, and integration-related defects • Monitor and analyze interfaces and data flows between Blue Yonder WMS and enterprise systems • Troubleshoot interface/integration failures and coordinate resolutions across systems • Manage critical incidents and see them through complete resolution and closure • Carry out database-level, configuration-level, and code-level investigations as needed • Coordinate effectively with vendor partners, product engineering teams, and cross-functional groups • Participate in technical triage calls and escalation workflows • Maintain clear, structured incident documentation, diagnostic findings, and RCA logs • Provide clear and concise status reports to stakeholders • Support production operations during off-hours and scheduled rotational shifts Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: • 5+ years of hands-on experience in Blue Yonder / JDA WMS • Solid background in WMS Techno-Functional Support and enterprise L2/L3 production support • Strong expertise in incident troubleshooting, triage, and Root Cause Analysis (RCA) • Working knowledge of application integrations, interfaces, and enterprise data flow analysis • Proficiency with configuration-level and database-level diagnostics • Strong collaborative and vendor coordination skills • Outstanding documentation and interpersonal communication abilities Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details: • Location: Pan India • Work Mode: Production Support • Shift: Rotational shifts based on support requirements • Shift Coverage (IST): - Shift 1: 2:30 PM – 11:30 PM - Shift 2: 8:30 PM – 5:30 AM - Shift 3: 10:30 PM – 7:30 AM Compensation & Benefits: • Not specified Application Instructions: • Candidates with relevant BY WMS experience are invited to share their updated resume with the hiring team.
