Role & Company / Project Overview: Talsera Consultants is hiring experienced candidates for the role of Desktop Support on a PAN India basis. Multiple positions are open with virtual interview mode. Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: • Provide comprehensive desktop, hardware, OS, and client software support. • Troubleshoot system errors, diagnose technical faults, and resolve IT tickets. • Maintain desktop environments and assist users with operational workstation issues. Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: • Minimum 2+ years of relevant experience required. • Strong troubleshooting abilities, dedication, and problem-solving skills. Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details: • Location: PAN India. • Interview Mode: Virtual. • Work Schedule: 24x7 flexible working hours.
