• Role & Company / Project Overview Millenial Impact Services is hiring a passionate and result-oriented IT Recruiter to join the team in a full Work From Home capacity. The role involves sourcing quality candidates across various platforms, understanding diverse IT roles, and managing multiple job requirements simultaneously. • Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties - Manage end-to-end IT recruitment processes - Source qualified technical candidates utilizing multiple recruitment channels and platforms - Screen and assess candidates against technical job specifications - Handle active candidate pipeline management and coordination - Manage multiple open IT requirements concurrently with a focus on timely closure • Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience - 1 to 3 years of proven experience in IT recruitment - Demonstrated expertise in IT sourcing, screening, candidate management, and end-to-end hiring workflows - Solid understanding of diverse technical roles and IT domains - Capability to handle multi-requisition workflows efficiently - Joining availability: Immediate joiners are preferred • Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details - Work model: 100% Work From Home (Remote) • Application Instructions - Interested candidates may submit their updated CV directly to the hiring team
