• Role & Company / Project Overview HuntingCube is seeking an IT Recruiter to discover, attract, and engage top technical talent for product-based companies and high-growth startups in a fully remote working capacity. • Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties - Identify, source, and attract technical candidates for tech startups and product-oriented enterprises. - Screen resumes, conduct initial talent assessments, and evaluate candidate profiles against specific tech stacks and job specifications. - Maintain active candidate engagement throughout the recruitment lifecycle and coordinate hiring stages. - Communicate effectively with technical talent to represent client organizations and job offerings. • Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience - 6 months to 2 years of proven recruitment experience. - Hands-on experience sourcing and hiring specifically for product-based companies or startups. - Strong sourcing, screening, and candidate engagement skills across professional networks and job portals. - Solid understanding of IT/tech profiles and strong interpersonal and communication skills. • Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details - Work Arrangement: Remote (Work from Home). • Application Instructions Interested candidates can submit their updated CV directly to the recruiter's official email address provided in the post.
