• Role & Company / Project Overview Gritty-tech, a leading education institute dedicated to empowering learners and shaping futures, is seeking a dynamic and experienced Human Resource Manager. In this role, you will play a pivotal role in managing hiring processes, payroll management, talent acquisition, and overseeing day-to-day HR operations. • Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties - Lead end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding talented professionals across various departments - Implement and maintain robust payroll management systems to ensure accurate and timely salary processing for employees - Develop and execute effective talent acquisition strategies to attract top talent aligned with organizational goals and culture - Oversee day-to-day HR activities, including employee relations, performance management, and compliance with labor laws and regulations - Collaborate with department heads to identify staffing needs and develop workforce planning strategies to support organizational growth • Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience - Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred) - Experience: Proven work experience as an HR Manager or in a similar role - Knowledge: Strong understanding of HR best practices, employment laws, and compliance standards - Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in HRIS and payroll management software - Soft Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships across all organizational levels; strong problem-solving capabilities and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment • Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details - Employment Type: Full-time payroll employment • Application Instructions To apply, send a resume and cover letter detailing relevant experience and suitability for the role.
