Role & Company / Project Overview: Dolphin Offshore is inviting applications for the position of Toolpusher for offshore drilling rig operations. The Toolpusher is responsible for overseeing continuous drilling activities, equipment readiness, and drilling crew performance. Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: • Oversee the daily operations of drilling crew personnel across shifts. • Ensure drilling equipment, tools, and well control systems operate safely and efficiently. • Assist the Rig Manager with operational planning, maintenance, and compliance. • Enforce strict offshore HSE protocols and emergency response procedures. Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: • Proven experience as a Toolpusher or Senior Driller on offshore drilling rigs. • Valid offshore safety certifications and IWCF/IADC Well Control certifications as required. • Strong troubleshooting abilities regarding drilling machinery and downhole operations. Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details: • Offshore rotational shifts. • Onsite offshore rig work. Compensation & Benefits: • As per offshore industry standards.
