• Role & Company / Project Overview TechXplorers is hiring an experienced Snowflake Migration Architect Engineer. The position focuses on leading enterprise-level Snowflake migration and architecture initiatives within the healthcare industry. Open to candidates with any work authorization/visa status, with C2C available and no employer restrictions. • Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties - Lead end-to-end Snowflake migration and architecture initiatives. - Design comprehensive migration strategies for legacy and on-premises data platforms. - Develop and optimize SQL queries, ETL/ELT pipelines, and data transformation processes. - Perform rigorous data validation, data reconciliation, and quality assurance checks. - Design scalable, secure, and high-performance Snowflake data architectures. - Implement data governance, security protocols, and performance optimization best practices. - Collaborate closely with business stakeholders, enterprise architects, and engineering teams. - Troubleshoot complex migration issues and actively support testing, deployment, and production releases. • Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience - 15+ years of overall IT experience. - Strong hands-on experience in Snowflake migration and architecture. - Healthcare domain and architecture experience – Mandatory. - Snowflake Certification – Mandatory. - Strong SQL and ETL/ELT expertise. - In-depth experience with data migration, validation, reconciliation, and quality assurance. - Deep expertise in Snowflake architecture, performance tuning, security, and governance. - Hands-on experience with cloud platforms including AWS, Azure, or GCP. - Strong technical leadership and solution-design skills. - Joining: Immediate availability to join only. - Relocation accepted; open to any visa/work authorization. • Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details - Work Arrangement: Remote / Hybrid. • Compensation & Benefits - Contract / C2C terms; rate based on current and expected rates. • Application Instructions - Submit resumes along with Candidate Submission Details including work authorization/visa, current location, relocation preferences, total IT experience, Snowflake migration experience, healthcare domain experience, architecture experience, Snowflake certification details, notice period/joining availability, current rate, expected rate, LinkedIn profile, and contact number.
