Job description
• Role & Company / Project Overview: We are urgently looking for an experienced Data Architect to join our Data team and report directly to the Director of Data. This is an immediate hiring requirement offering a permanent Work From Home (WFH) setup. • Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: - Design scalable, high-performance data platforms and data architectures. - Architect and oversee data engineering pipelines, data integration, and Change Data Capture (CDC). - Build and maintain data warehousing and dimensional modelling solutions based on Kimball methodology. - Implement and orchestrate workflows using Apache Airflow and dbt. - Develop advanced data processing routines with SQL, Python, and PySpark. - Support semantic layer design and Business Intelligence (BI) integration. - Deliver AI/ML data products and leverage AI-powered development tools (such as GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Claude Code, or similar) to maximize engineering productivity. • Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: - Experience: 12–17 Years of hands-on data architecture and engineering experience. - Expert-level AWS and Snowflake expertise. - In-depth proficiency in Data Engineering, Data Architecture, Data Integration, CDC, and Scalable Data Pipelines. - Strong background in Data Warehousing and Dimensional Modelling (Kimball). - Proven experience with Apache Airflow and dbt. - Advanced expertise in SQL, Python, and PySpark. - Experience in Semantic Layer & BI Integration and AI/ML Data Products. - Hands-on experience using AI coding tools (GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Claude Code, or equivalent). - Good to Have: Domain experience in Financial Services / Consumer Finance / Debt Settlement. - Good to Have: Exposure to GenAI, RAG, or LLMOps. - Good to Have: AWS or SnowPro certifications. • Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details: - Location: Remote – Permanent Work From Home (WFH). - Team Meetups: 2–3 in-person meetups per year in India. • Compensation & Benefits: - Not specified. • Application Instructions: - Please share your updated resume via the provided contact email or contact number.
