### Role & Company / Project Overview We are looking for dynamic and result-oriented Team Leaders to manage and drive our voice process operations under Protalk. ### Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties • Lead, manage, and motivate the voice process team. • Monitor daily team performance and overall productivity. • Handle escalated customer queries and concerns effectively. • Conduct team briefings, coaching sessions, and regular performance reviews. • Ensure high service quality and strict process compliance. • Monitor team targets and drive operational excellence and performance. • Coordinate with management for regular daily updates. ### Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience • Good communication skills in Kannada and Telugu. • Prior experience as a Team Leader in a voice process is preferred. • Strong leadership and people management skills. • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making capabilities. • Proven ability to drive team performance and meet targets. ### Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details • Work Mode: Work From Office. • Location: India. ### Application Instructions • Interested candidates can share their updated resumes for review.
