• Role & Company / Project Overview: Martinet Technologies is urgently hiring a hands-on Senior SRE / Observability Engineer on a contract basis. The role focuses on driving observability strategy, distributed tracing, monitoring, and production reliability across modern cloud environments for immediate joiners. • Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: - Drive end-to-end observability strategy and application/infrastructure instrumentation. - Design SLI/SLO frameworks, establish error budgets, and optimize alerting thresholds. - Manage distributed tracing, APM, log aggregation, and structured logging frameworks. - Oversee incident response, perform root cause analysis (postmortems), optimize MTTD/MTTR, and implement reliability improvements. - Build and maintain engineering, functional, and business KPI dashboards. • Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: - Experience: 5+ years of hands-on experience in SRE, DevOps, and Observability Engineering. - Must-Have Skills: New Relic, Grafana, Kibana/ELK, OpenTelemetry, Distributed Tracing, APM, Log Aggregation, SLIs/SLOs, Error Budgets, Alerting, Incident Management, MTTD/MTTR. - Good to Have: Prometheus, ArgoCD, Looker / Data Studio / Power BI, Structured Logging & Data Governance, Claude Code / GitHub Copilot CLI. - Availability: Immediate joiners only. • Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details: - Fully remote engagement based in India. • Compensation & Benefits: - Competitive contractual compensation based on experience. • Application Instructions: - Share your updated resume with the hiring team including Name, Contact Number, Email, LinkedIn Profile, Overall & Relevant Experience, Current & Expected CTC, Notice Period/LWD, Current Company, and Location.
