• Role & Company / Project Overview CloudVandexa is looking for a skilled and experienced Salesforce DevOps / DevSecOps & Copado Lead to join their team on a contract basis. The role requires deep technical acumen in Copado, CI/CD automation, Salesforce release management, and Salesforce Administration. • Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties - Design, implement, and manage automated CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes across environments. - Lead release activities, oversee deployment governance, and troubleshoot deployment issues. - Handle metadata deployments, sandbox management, and overall Salesforce environment administration. - Implement DevSecOps principles, incorporating security scanning and code quality checks into release pipelines. - Mentor and guide team members on DevOps best practices, version control, and release workflows. • Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience - 7+ years of relevant industry experience. - Strong hands-on expertise in Copado CI/CD and Salesforce release management. - Proven experience designing and managing CI/CD pipelines and automated deployments. - Proficiency in Git, GitHub, GitLab, Bitbucket, branching strategies, and merge conflict resolution. - Good knowledge of Salesforce Administration, metadata deployments, and sandbox management. - Experience with Salesforce DX, Salesforce CLI, and environment management. - Understanding of DevSecOps, security scanning, code quality checks, and deployment governance. - Ability to lead release activities, troubleshoot deployment issues, and mentor team members. - Preferred Skills: Copado/Salesforce certifications, Salesforce Shield, Apex, LWC, and Jira integration. • Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details - Work arrangement: 100% Remote. - Employment Type: Contract. • Application Instructions - Interested candidates can share their updated resumes mentioning 'Salesforce Copado Lead' in the subject line.
