Role & Company / Project Overview: We are hiring an experienced Senior DevOps Engineer (L4) with strong expertise in Salesforce DevOps, Flosum release management, CI/CD pipelines, and production deployment governance. Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: • Manage and execute Flosum and Salesforce deployment processes. • Oversee and maintain CI/CD pipelines and production release governance. • Implement and maintain Git branching strategies. • Perform Salesforce org administration, manage user access, and handle deployment troubleshooting. • Provide strong communication, detailed documentation, coordination, and problem-solving across release cycles. Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: • 8+ years of relevant experience in DevOps and release management. • Mandatory technical skills: Salesforce DevOps, Flosum, CI/CD, Git Branching Strategies. • Strong hands-on expertise in Flosum and Salesforce deployment processes. • Solid understanding of CI/CD pipelines, Git branching, and production release governance. • Experience in Salesforce org administration, user access management, and deployment troubleshooting. • Strong communication, documentation, coordination, and problem-solving skills. • Required Certifications: Salesforce Administrator, Flosum Advanced Certified Professional, Copado Fundamentals.
